At random times, I lose all of the customization I've done to the Outlook
toolbar. It seems to return to a default arrangement. It may be
coincidental with windows or office updates, but it seems to also occur at
other times.
Is there any way that I can make those customizations more permanent?

have you ever tryd"save my office setings"?
i wonder you kan restore your setings with it allway and any time
