toolbar trouble

I had posted yesterday about a browser hijack, and I was able to fix that and unlock the toolbars and I can customize them again. However, the problem also occurs in Windows (i.e. my documents, my computer, etc.) I cannot unlock those toolbars or customize them. It appears to be the same problem. Where could I find the registry key for these values? Thank you for your time
