Toolbar Resets

I change the order of toolbar buttons, but they revert to default after
quitting and rerunning Windows Mail. Any way to fix that?

Is there a way to reinstall only Windows Mail?

Clicking View, then Layout looks like a reasonable way to attempt to
do that, but I haven't tried it. Don't forget to click Apply when you
finish if it is offered, since it often helps Windows Mail remember
changes.

Is there a way to reinstall only Windows Mail?

Perhaps if you work for Microsoft and can therefore get information
not released to the public. Probably very difficult even then, though.
