Toolbar Removal Question...

On my browser a new Toolbar has showed up...but it is not
welcomed. It is identified as "soulylyoag" on the
VIEW/TOOLBARS/ menu.

I've tried to remove it, but it does not show up as an
option on the SW-Removal tools.

Pls. help / advice on how to get rid of this annoying
toolbar.

Get ToolbarCop:
http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/utils/ToolbarCop.exe

ToolbarCop removes the Toolbars, Toolbar buttons and unwanted
menu-extensions from Internet Explorer. It does not remove the spyware from
the system entirely. It is advisable to run Ad-Aware scan
(www.lavasoftusa.com), if the toolbar entries are not removed.
