Toolbar problems

I have tried to change some of the options on my toolbar,
where you "customize toolbar", but every time I sign out
of my web site and come bar, the toolbar has reverted
back to the old setting. How would I go about resolving
this

I don't really see what that'd got to do with Active Directory!!! ;-)

And it would also probably be easier if you provided a little more info...
