Toolbar link

The link on the IE7 toolbar for 'read mail' doesn't seem to do anything, I'm
pretty sure it used to work, any ideas?

Start | Default Programs
Make sure Windows Mail has all its defaults.

Right click the Command Bar and choose Customize.
