Toolbar icons are always rearranged to default position when WM is restarted

Some icons order can be changed but when WM is restarted their positions are
lost and set back to default.
Is that a known bug?

Is there a public list somewhere describing already reported bugs?

Best thing to do is go ahead and report any errors you find. If it's a
duplicate your report will be marked as such. There's no public list of
reported bugs as far as I know.

if you switch to an account that you do not care if it changes the icons, do that before closing WM. the icons should remain as changed for all other accounts/groups.
