Toolbar color

For some reason, the toolbars on IE, OE and even Firefox have changed to a
darker color. I went so far as to do a compete restore back to October and
shortly after restoring my mail the taskbars changed to the darker color
again. It sort of tan, not beige. I am completely unable to find any way
to change it back ... pretty much anything BUT the toolbar color. Any help
would be much appreciated.

bill go to control panel and click on dispay icon..u will fine display properties screen under that u will have appearance tab..click on it..below u will have three drop downs u can select windows xp style and then the color and font size..and for advanced click on the advanced tab u can select the color which u wont then click on apply and ok tht will take care of ur issue ..wish u good luck
