tool to reset local admin account

We disable our local administrator accounts. Sometimes we need to reenable
it(when domain logins are out) is there a
tool to do this?

You can download Hiren's Boot CD. It allows you to access the local
SAM (security accounts manager) without booting to the system

Just out of curiosity, why on earth would you want to disable the admi
account???
