Tool menu disappeared- how can I retrive it

My tools menu from the menu bar disappeared. How can I bring it back?
 
Right click anywhere on your menu bar and go down to customize.

In the window that pops up, go on the Toolbar tab, scroll down to "Worksheet
Menu Bar", select it and press the "Reset" button on the right.

Does this work?
