tool and internet explorer problems

when i ever i start my computer its working fine and then it will flash and
the tool bar and the internet explorer will go back to the old style ..it
looks like the old time look..but then i have no sound ..and i cant use
system restore at all? can someone please help

Try updating video card drivers - possibly the driver crashes and your
theming breaks.
