I have so many programs loaded, that I can't see them all
when clicking on the ALL PROGRAMS button. Using XP Pro.
No problem with computer, just have noticed my laptop can
display more columns for programs.
Any ideas?

Maybe increase display resolution to make make items
smaller, especially if you are at 800 x 600. Just an idea.

I'd learn how to organize it, if I were you.

You can change to scrolling, or shorten the shortcut name.
The width of the columns is determined by the longest shortcut name.
Grouping related programs into folders will also work.
