Too many browsers

My computer has WINDOWS explorer, which I use, and MSN
explorer. I am unable to delete the MSN using the regular
uninstall methods, Windows and Norton. Is there some way
of getting rid of this. I made the mistake of signing up
with MSN and started recieving junk mail within 2 hours.
 
If you have SP-1 installed, go to Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel,
choose Windows Components, and remove it from there.
