tone adjustments

when i'm in the volume control and go to advance , the bass and tremble
controls aren't highlighted to adjust them...is there anything i can do to
make the controls work???

Hi,

Either the hardware doesn't support those controls, or a full driver set for
the device is not installed. For the former, there is not much you can do
other than to change the hardware, not all sound cards support these
functions. For the latter you should check for a driver from the web site of
the sound card manufacturer.
