TOC update

Hi All,

I want to just update the page numbers in my TOC, When I right click
the TOC, and choose "Update Field" - now the option box to only update
pages doesn't show up, and it also updates all the fields automatically
- which I don't want. I was able to get the option box to come up
yesterday - but it won't come up today!
What did I do?
 
Do you get the same result if you use F9? Does it make a difference whether
you just click in the TOC or select the entire field?
