Yesterday you asked if I had changed anything about my Outlook configuration
recently, like moving a .pst file. Then I saw a response from you to a
similar question in a different discussion group where you explained that
importing a .pst file breaks the contact links. I recently imported my backup
outlook.pst after a HD crash. You explained that you've never found exactly
where Outlook 2000 keeps its autoresolution history.
Is there anyway I can reestablish the links? Right now, when I get the green
line under a name in the email TO box, the only way I can get rid of it is to
type enough of the name to make it unique.
Thank you for the time you so generously give to these questions. I hope I'm
not too far outside of acceptable protocol by putting your name in the
subject, but you were so helpful yesterday. I decided to go as far as I can
with your help and if it can't be fixed, then I'll just have to live with it.
You're my last hope. Thanks again.
