To Microsoft: How does the scheduler work?

I have reviewed the pass positing and one consistant question is about the
scheduler.

Can offical MS person answer these questions?

1. if the the scheduler misses a scan it will start a scan 10 minute after
the next login?
2. If the system has not been scanned for three day it will display a warning?
3. I have two system
System-1 scans every day at 1:41AM even though the time is set for 2AM.
System-2 never scans - it always misses it 2AM scan.
Both system have Task scheduler enabled and both systems have the task
listed in the scheduled task
Why is the the Windows Defender so flaky with the scheduling of scans and is
MS looking into the problem to make it more dependable and consistant?

4. Does Microsoft really consider Windows Defender a Beta Version or is it
an earily release of a final product? I do not see MS working on resolving
this scheduling issue.

These are my observations:

If the scheduler misses a scan it will not start a scan 10 minutes after the
next login. It will start 20 minutes after the login after 48 hours have
passed since the last scan (unless a scheduled one happens in that 20
minutes, of course!)

If there has not been a scan for 72 hours at then next login you get a
little icon on the system tray with a balloon message. The home page also
has an amber banner to warn you about the scan being overdue. If you wait
20 minutes it will scan. Or you can do a manual scan and get it out of the
way. Your next 48 hours (or 72 hours) starts ticking then.

Maybe someone from MS will state if my observations are correct.
