"TO" line blank after saving a message to drafts 2003

can anyone help, has anyone experienced this??? when
saving a message to draft in outlook 2003 and then
returning to it to send it, it sends fine, but when you
find that e-mail in the sent items the "TO" line is blank,
we need to keep printed proof of what we send so this is
quite important!!!!
please help me

The Drafts folder is where unsent messages are kept. Your Sent Items folder
should retain a copy of the message you do send, if you enable that option.
