Also after use some programs after a while my pc slow performance.

There are any way to liberate memory than no appear used by active programs

Since you didn't tell us the name of the game, you can't get focused
troubleshooting. Here are some suggestions:

1) Be sure you have updated video drivers and that your video card is
adequate for 3D gameplay.

2) Be sure you have applied the latest patches for the game - get them
from the game's website or a place like FilePlanet.

3) If you continue to have problems with one specific game (as opposed
to all games), see if there are user forums where you can post for
help.

4) When you play a processor-intensive game, don't have other
applications running in the background - keep extraneous
programs/services to a minimum.

Before you run the game, launch Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete) and go
to the Processes tab.
Click on the Image Name column header to sort the list into
alphabetical order (to make it easier to compare later) and make a
list of all of the names.

Close Task Manager and use the game as you normally do.

After you close the game launch Task Manager again, sort the Processes
as before, and compare the current list with the list you made from
before the game.
If you find any additional processes now listed that were not there
before these are almost certainly the "left overs" from the game.
You can try selecting these items then clicking on the "End Process"
button to shut them down, and see if that brings your performance back
up.

Good luck
