to find who is on my junk list

I may have accidently blocked someone from sending me emails. I just need to
find a list of the ones I have deleted to make sure it isn't on there. It is
helpful when blocking porn...however, when you accidentlly block someone very
important...not so good. :-)
PLEASE HELP!! :-)
 
"Junk Email Options". One way to access it is via a right-click on any email
in your Inbox. Choose Junk Email then Junk Email Options.
