to disable internet explorer

spogus its not explore.exe its iexploxe.exe, malke i have
norton antivirus with the latest definitions and every good
spyware killer programme i still cant get rid of. so please
just tell me how to disable or delete internet explorer.

I agree with Malke, your PC appears to be infected. However if you insist
on disabling Internet Explorer go:
Start>Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs> in the left column click on
Add/Remove Windows Components, when the page opens, uncheck the box
alongside "Internet Explorer" then click on "Next".

madeline that only removes the internet explorer shortcuts
such as in the start menu...
