to converse a work doc. into word

I have my cv in Microsoft Work Word Processor and now I want to know how to
sen my cv to companies when they don't use Work but Word

Some versions of Works will save in Word format. If this option is not
available, try saving as RTF (Rich Text Format), which can be opened by any
word processor.
