TMEEJM_WND not responding

Hi,
I have a Toshiba Tecra M1 Laptop with WXP Pro SP1 with the latest patches
for XP and Office 03 and Toshiba updates. Whenever I restart/shut down the
system, the Program not responding... comes up and I have to end-task it
several times before it works. Sometimes when after the restart, I get the
prompt to send the report to Microsoft which I do and the always it comes
back with the Device Driver problem, but it doesn't tell me which device. The
program name is TMEEJM_WND and I can see the TMEEJME.EXE running in the
processes list too. I've searched the Microsoft/Google sites with no luck at
all. Any one knows what I should do?

Toshiba Mobile Extensions. Perhaps you should update from the Toshiba
site. Consult your Toshiba user manual for the functions that these
perform.
