title on clip

I want to put a title screen on a clip, but i want to add a background to it
so you can't see the video. i still want the audio playing in the background.
is there anyway to do this in MM?

In timeline view...

Split the video clip on each side of where the
title will be inserted.

Drag the cut portion (between the two splits)
to the Audio/Music track.

Select the clip on the left side of the video track.

Go to...Tools / Titles and Credits / Title after
the selected clip.

Enter your text and add it to the movie.

Now...by dragging the double red arrows...adjust
the duration of your Title clip to match the duration
of the clip you dragged to the Audio/Music track.
