My boss had some sort of broadband connection where he
used to live and apparently the install for that
connection included something where the Title Bar of IE
said "Microsoft Internet Explorer - some company." Does
anyone know how to get rid of this?

Thanks,

Andrew

Try this:
1. Quit all instances of Internet Explorer
2. Open regedit.exe, navigate to this registry key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main

3. Create a new String value named "Windows Title" (without quotations), do
not assign any data value to this String value
4. Quit Registry Editor and restart IE.

Andrew,

How to remove the ISP branding in Internet Explorer?
