Titan Quest

Greetings

I have Titan Quest, and a brand new machine. I have Nvidia GeForce 7900 GS
and currently am using the microsoft driver. The game loads fine, but when
I move my character the screen freezes for a second or two then jumps. Very
annoyin, does anyone have any ideas about what I could do to help this
problem? I tried the newest driver from nvidia.com and that didnt help at
all..

Do you have the latest Vista compatible drivers for your graphics card? How
much memory are you running with? Is Vista cataloging your hard drive(s)?
