Tiscali Broadband bills

I am unable to view my tiscali bill online. I always get an error message
viz: 'The session on the bill enquiry functionality has expired'
I can however view my bill and print it out at my local library!
I have XP with SP2 and IE6 + Mozilla Firefox.
Anyone experienced the same problem and can offer a solution.

sounds like a cookie expiration issue. try clearing out your cookies and
turn off any anit viruls that make consider your cookies as trackers.... I'm
sure since this is a problem with accessing that website, they have FAQ's
regarding your problem and or special considerations you need to make for
accessing their server, as well......

I removed the cookies and tried again but still couldn't get on the bill
site. Tiscali's FAQ's don't cover this problem and the help line is in India
and were useless. They will not answer emails apart from referring to the
helpline.
Anymore suggestions? Please!!
