Timezone

If I set up an appointment for 11am Pacific and send it to a customer in the
Eastern timezone -- will they receive it to show in their calendar as 2pm?
Or do I have to convert it?
 
They should see it in the correct time. No need for you to correct it
yourself (especially in OL2007)
