I'm unable to change timezones!!!!

My windows xp "time and date" function does not have multiple choices for the
timezones. as a result my computer is stuck in the pacific timezone but is
physically in the eastern timezone. how do I correct this?

No, really, make sure you are logging on as admin and see if that works.

Right click the clock in the bottom right, choose "adjust Date/Time" for the
menu there.

Click the "Time Zone" tabl

Click on the arrow where it shows "pacific timezone" and it should open a
whole list for you to choose from.
