Something like:

public struct TSValue
{
public int T; // or DateTime if that fits better
public double X;
}

and

And what options do I have to visualize it?

Find a decent plotting library.

I know JFreeChart.NET http://www.ujihara.jp/jbyjsharp/jfreechart/ can
do it because I have used it in Java.
