Timeout message when trying to delete e mail

Suddenly from working perfectly OK, I can no longer delete e mails received
using Outlook for my Hotmail account. Its not a disaster just annoying.
Any ideas please!

I have found that using a client, such as Outlook or Outlook Express, to
manage HTTP accounts is *not* 100% effective; ESPECIALLY the delete function.
Generally server-side errors.
