Timed out error

Dear All
When trying to get into a friends site, I keep getting a timed out error
and it says the server is taking too long.

I am on cable modem, using a D-Link Router, Windows XP.

I can login to any other sites, but not his.

If the correct url is ps.loxtonfamily.info, it isn't working. Here's the
error message:

"Sorry but the page you might have been looking for is still being built.
Maybe it will be ready for you to see the next time you drop by."

So check with your friend. If that's the correct url, the problem is on his
end, not yours.
