Time Zone

I have an XP Pro pc that has the Time Zone set as TZ=gmt0.
I have tried several times to reset to the correct time
zone, but when I use the "set" command at the command
prompt, the line remains at TZ=gmt0. Where can this be
change to have the correct Time Zone? Is this a registry
entry? Thanks for all the help I can get.
 
Click start/control panel/date and time
Here you can change the timezone...
