time zone change caused daily appointments to span 2 days

We moved to a different time zone and after I reset my computer clock to
reflect the local time, all of the " all day" daily appointments in my
calendar span two days. Is there a quicker fix than redoing all of my
apointments?

Put the clock back to other time so the appointments don't span, export the
Calendar folder to a CSV file, delete the appointments from the Calendar
folder, change the clock, import from the CSV file. See if that helps

fix the clock so the appt are correct then export to excel, correct the
clock then import.
