Time tracking program?

I do CAD work at home and would like an easy way to keep track of the number
of hours I spend on a project. Anyone know of a program that can keep a
running total of the time a file is open, or when a particular program is
running?

Heres a program specifically for your request, Freeware and can be used
for other purposes as well. Even got several awards.

I use this for Architectual Drafting CAD myself.
