Time server offline?

My Win2k server is set to sync its time with 192.5.41.41
Until recently this worked fine. Now all of a sudden,
neither 192.5.41.41 or 192.5.41.209 seem to be up. Has
the navy taken these time servers offline? Does anyone
know of any other reliable government time servers
availible?

Yea, we had same problem. We switched to MIT's server, I think it's:
navobs1.mit.edu
