Time on Feedback Form

I have a time stamp on a feed back form that gives the submittal time.
Unfortunately, all of my submittals are in Florida and my host's server is
in California so the times shown are off by three hours. Is there a way I
can adjust the time by three hours?

The time is controlled by the settings on the server. You would need to
make a custom form using some type of script, such as ASP, to be able to
manipulate the time.
