Time of forum and reply/delay etc.

Hi,

Can anyone tell me the time that this forum runs on? PST?
GMT? EST? Etc?
I've noticed quite a delay in posting messages and the
actual appearance of them here - Any explaination?! I'd
just like to know, that's all.

Most importantly, who regulates, answers and otherwise
staffs this forum?

The server for the newsgroup is set at PST
as indicated in the header info for your post.

Staffed by volunteers who answer questions.
Regulated by: some mysterious individual
who has the power to delete inappropriate postings.

1) Your news reader time zone (multiple servers could be anywhere)
- delays are usually caused by your ISP unless you are accessing it from the MS server at
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.frontpage.client

2) No one regulates, staffs or answers questions
- it is hosted by MS and use is governed by
http://www.microsoft.com/communities/conduct/default.mspx
- it is a user forum (Peer to Peer support) w/ responses made by anyone who want stop by and help

Thankyou for that steve, but I'll just say that there is
no such info in the headers of any text I am reading here.
It could be a regional/global thingy variation or
something..? I'm in UK so that makes me wonder why if it's
7:24 there.... why are you on your PC?!
