Time Message was Received

My coordinator sent me an email at 10:54 a.m. By 3 p.m. that day, I had not
received it. I didn't check my email again, until 9 p.m. that night. How
can I find out exactly when the message arrived in my Inbox?
 
what outlook version ?
what mailserver?
cached mode?
....
give us more info if you want a decent answer...
