Time Limits for Each User

Is there a way to set time limits for each user profile, Such as user 1 can
only be logged in for 2 hours per day. User 2 is allowed 4 hours per day. And
when their time is up XP logs them off and will not allow them to relog in
until the next day. Even if they restart
