Time is off on all my windows 2000 Pro Machines

I have patched the servers all 5 of them and they keep their time properly.
The windows 2000 machines keep changing back an hour no matter what I do to
them. I am out of ideas and need these fixed asap. Please help me.

Also, remember to update the currentcontrolset or Windows won't change the
time even with the patch. The easier way to do this is to change the time
zone to anything but where it is currently. Then, change it back. This
will force Windows to update to the current, patched time zone.
