Time incorrect in Calander

B

Bob Graf

Hello,
I run Office 03 on XP Latitude D800 w/ Exchange 2000. Any new meeting
request I have recieved after April show up with the time 1 hour off.
If I open the meeting, the time in the grey area below the Appointment
tab is correct (ex. 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM). But in the Start time\End
time area, meeting is off 1 Hour (ex. 9:30 AM to 11:00 PM). Just
started happening as of April 1. I've changed outlook and system
Daylight Savings Time setting to every know combination and problem
still persists. I have made no changes to my settings in Outlook or
done any upgrades prior to the problem appearing. Any help would be
appreciated. I've checked several users in our company and some have
the same problem, some not. There is no pattern. Happens to Office
XP users also. Very strange, any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thank you,
BG

I'm having the same problem, where others viewing my
calendar on Office 2000 machines (I'm on 2003) are seeing
my appointments as one hour later than I set them. I'm
hoping it is a DST thing, and will be gone Monday. If
not, I'll be checking back with the support board.

Either you or the meeting organizer does not have your Window's clock set to
"automatically adjust for daylight savings time". Any meeting scheduled
after the clocks "spring forward" this weekend will appear to be off by an
hour on one of your computers.

It just gets worse with DST. If your computer clock is
correct all of your start times will be an hour off. I
tried the knowledge base, which suggested installing SP1,
but I have SP3. This sucks.
