time glass

My time glass is constantly flickering next to the pointer, the mouse
function is fine and cannot find any reason for this irratating action. Is
there anybody who can advise!.

Something is running in the background and only you can determine what
that is. The first step is to make sure the computer is completely
virus/malware-free. Here are instructions for that (you may not need to
do all of them):

Once you know the computer is clean, the next place to look at is what
programs and processes are starting with Windows. You can use the
System Configuration Utility and look on the Startup tab. Then you can
