time display ?

Is there a way to get messenger (6.1) to display the time when
messages come in ? Some times I come to the PC and a message is
there on screen but I don't know how long it's been there.

ICQ does this properly...

Messenger will show you when the last message came in (see the statusbar), otherwise, no,
unless you consult the log (either click the File menu, then Open Message History or if you
have Messenger Plus! installed, click the Plus! menu, then Open Log File).
