Time display

I installed SP2 and now my time will not display on my task bar. Any reason
why?
 
Rightclick Start>leftclick Properties>Taskbar tab>tick "Show the
clock">Apply>OK
 
Right-click Taskbar, Properties
Enable "Show the clock"

I did all the normal stuff.....there is only a dash displaying. Everything
is set correctly to display the clock.
