Time difference

We need to change the server time very often(Active
directory on it),the problem starts at this point
The clients can't log on unless their system date is the
same as the server, and if it's not the same they will
receive a message saying "there is a time difference
between the server and the client system can't log you on"
If you stop or disable the windows time synchronization
from the control panel services you will get the same
message next time you log on.If you log on and then
change the date manually, then you will not be able to
use any thing on the network like sharing and printing
etc... and every time you try to do any thing on the
network you will recive a message saying there is a time
difference between the client and server. What we need is
to change the date on the server but at the same time we
do not need to effect the clients date.

You can change the kerberos policy "maximum tolerance for computer clock
synchronization", but remember that increasing that value means decreasing
security.
