Time Clock on Terminal Server Clients

Some of our terminal server clients do not have the clock time on the bottom
right hand corner. Where would I enable this, could it be turned off in
group policy or do I have to enable something on the terminal server, has
anyone got any ideas.

I know that, if you right click on the task-bar, and choose properties,
there is a option there to turn on the clock, "Show clock".

I don't know if there is a group-policy equivalent, but i'm sure there is a
registry setting for it
