I have a user on my SBS 2003 network using Windows XP Pro that always seem to
ahve issue with her clock. When she restart her computer not always the
system clock reverts beck to a different day and month from the actual day
and month. Does anyone ahve a fix. I think she is playing around with her
system clock however its hadr to tell.

Several possibilities:

Flat CMOS battery.
Incorrect timezone in Control Panel.
Wrong time in BIOS, and Windows unable to update it.
Client attempting to sync to SBS server, and server using wrong TZ.
Client attemting to sync to outside timeserver with Windows Time or
suchlike, and outside server giving wrong info for your TZ.

Take away her admin/power user rights and put a BIOS password on this box,
and you'll know she *can't* be doing that.
