Time and Billing Data base issue!!

HELP!! I'm new to Access and I need help. I am using the Time and Billing
database template to try to record employee payroll. I figured out how to
input the hours each employee works but I need a way to show whether those
hours have been paid out or not. Does anyone know a way to do this, keeping
in mind I have very little understanding of Access at this time??? Any help
would be GREAT!

It's the same database with modifications:
.. Added 1 field to table Time Card Hours (Y/N checkbox)
.. Added 1 control to Time Cards subform of the Time Cards form (Y/N
checkbox)
.. Added 1 control to Time Sheet subreport of the Time Sheet report (shows
Y/N beside hours)
.. Also fixed bug to display correct name on Time Cards form
