Tilted photos

I am about to set up a new web page with family photos and would like to be
able to tilt some of the photos rather than having them displayed straight
up and down. Do I have to create a graphic with the photo first in order to
do this? Thanks!

Yes. You will have to do this with an image editor and then import the
image into your web.
